Cayce Seal
Cayce left this world a hero June 26, 2021 due to a work related accident. At 28 years old he left behind a Son, Step-daughter, Fiancee’ Mom, Dad, Brother and Nephew that all loved him dearly.
He had a passion for soccer and fishing. He played soccer from a small child in little league all through school including College where he was an outstanding athlete. After that, he was very active in his local soccer league (BAYS) as a Coach and helped out with anything needed. Cayce was also an avid fisherman. If he wasn’t at the soccer fields he was on the water enjoying time with his friends and family. He enjoyed any type of fishing, but bass fishing was his favorite.
He loved his job as a lineman for Entergy in New Orleans and looked forward to it every day along with the many “storm duty” trips he made. Unfortunately, the lines he loved carried him to Heaven.
We were notified by the hospital that Cayce had chosen to be an organ donor. We were not aware of that, however, we went along with his wishes and LOPA visited with us at the hospital. They helped make saying goodbye a little easier. It is such a great feeling knowing Cayce will live on in memory for those who love and miss him, but even more so in the choice he made giving life to others.
We are so blessed to have had the joy of him in our lives for 28 years and so proud of the choice he made to help others.
