Chloe Esquivel

Chloe registered as an organ donor because it simply made sense to her.

She was my sweet daughter and although I miss her terribly, I am happy for the 3 recipients that are able to live on because of her.

She was only 25 years old when she gave the most amazing gift a person could give.
