My wife is my hero!

MELODY GOLDMAN, MARK’S WIFE

I was diagnosed last year with End Stage Renal Disease and was hospitalized numerous times. I was informed that I had to start dialysis treatment and my only hope was a kidney transplant.

My wife volunteered to be tested and we learned that she is a perfect match. For the past year I have been trying to get on the transplant list and finally was accepted. We are in the final stages with testing and soon to have the transplant.

I am a major supporter of transplant and of LOPA and have worked over 30 years as a Forensic Investigator for a Coroner's Office. I see the value from both sides and encourage others to register!
