From Katelyn's Mother: My daughter Katelyn "Katie Bug" Marie Glenn passed from this life to heaven on October 15th, 2015 at the young age of 17 years old and it was her wish to save others by means of organ donation. She is survived by her mom and dad (Donald and Deanna Glenn) and 2 younger sisters (Brianna and Olivia Glenn). She will always be loved and missed by all she came in contact with. Her love of life and music will live on forever. She has a laugh and smile that is larger then life and bright enough to light your way through the darkest times in life.

From Katelyn's Sister: Katelyn Glenn (Katie-Bug) was a true heaven sent angel. Her laugh was contagious, it was impossible to not laugh when she did. Katie saved 2 lives. She was a true sister to me. I miss her every day, there are memories of her all over the house. As I sit up at night still waiting for her to come home, I sit there and think about what life would be like if she was still here watching me grow up. She is well missed by her family, her friends, her band members, and well pretty much anyone who she had touched in her lifetime.

Her story:
Katie was on her way to school on October 14, 2015 and she was involved in a crash... a single car crash. She survived the original crash. She was standing in the road picking up trash from the road then someone hit her head-on, and that threw her 45 feet backward. She was then taken to the hospital where she was later pronounced dead on October 15, 2015.

As her sister I have to say that was the hardest thing I've had to in my life, bury my own sister.
